  • Layout of Boarding gates and PBB configuration & Tower visibility; Elaboration, drafting and coordination of the aeronautical technical aspects involved in the Construction Plan of the Satellite Buildings
  • Real-time supervision of aircraft turnarounds, assessing the effectiveness of handling companies’ procedures
  • Quality Level of the services provided according to pre-established indicators and staff planning

Airía has provied:

  • Planning and schedule for the localization of elements subject to be inventoried
  • Organization of the elements
  • Field work for physical check
  • Accounting conciliation with support of SAP-AM tool


Aría has developed its own software (AFCA) which improves functionality in the achievement of these tasks and permits integrated management of patrimony.

New Terminal Madrid - Barajas

Development of the New terminal building of 470,261m2 with Parking lot of 309,000m2 

plus 3 kilometers long airport service tunnel (TSA) and two elevations through which one of them runs the SATE system (automated baggage handling system) and another divided into three parts: 

  • Central one runs through the central zone the APM (automatic transport of passengers) 
  • Two laterals for airport’s service vehicles.

New Khartoum International Airport Sudan

Master Plan revision and development of airport planning assessments, including airfield-airspace and terminal building simulation analysis:

  • Definition of a traffic distribution model between terminal buildings
  • New Terminal Buildings’ requirements plan
  • Wind rose calculation and runway bearing assessment
  • Proposal of airport extension alternatives according to requirements plan. Selection of best alternative and in-detail development of the solution

Hospital Los Arcos del Mar Menor, Murcia, Spain

Works included: Comprehensive procurement of equipment, (laboratory and medical furniture) carried out and financed by Siemens Spain for the new Los Arcos del Mar Menor University General Hospital, Murcia in Spain with 171 beds.

Preliminary design for the Pediatric Medical Hospital in Hebron and Palestine

Developmemnt of an independent edification from the actual hospital, both connected to each other by an elevated walkway located in the first two floors with a total Site 4.552 m.

ENERO has designed this hospital for the client Interhealth Canada-Tibbiyah-Nesma in Medinah, Saudi Arabia with a BUA of 88.000 m2 and Beds: 150.
