Exponential Affordable Housing
We offer together with world-leading experts a new way to tackle the social and affordable housing challenge by using most modern methods of construction to deliver high-quality housing within existing communities. Our solution approach also makes it possible to develop urban areas that include not only affordable housing but also first-class hospitals, schools and airports and take into account important business drivers such as tourism.
Value engineering and industrial approaches to construction can deliver housing quickly, inexpensively and on large scale
Modular & Prefab Construction
Our group provides fast, flexible and affordable temporary and permanent modular and prefabricated solutions for areas such as residential and affordable housing, commercial, construction, education, oil and gas, mining, tourism and military bases.
Innovative design, leading-edge technologies, and top-quality structures support our goal to industrialize the construction sector. Traditional construction is incapable of offering an affordable and quality product while reducing labor costs, eliminate waste on-site and reduce construction schedules.
3D Construction Printing
3D printing in construction has a lot of potential advantages when compared to conventional construction methods. There are lower labor costs involved, construction can be done quicker and there is less to no waste produced. The concrete waste and failed prints that do occur can be reused as raw material for printing. Our mission is to disrupt the global construction industry through world-class 3D robotics and automation. Faster. Better. Cheaper.
Modular & Prefab Construction
The struggle to obtain decent, affordable housing could affect at least 1.6 billion people globally within a decade, leaving more than a third of all urban dwellers in unsafe or inadequate housing.
We have production facilities in Europe and the U.A.E.
Our approach always focuses on a close cooperation with well established companies in each target market, who know specific national regulations and provide a broad network for logistic solutions.
The production of the housing units happens industrially in the factory.
We transport the housing units from the factory to the final destinantion and assemble the housing units on site. A factory can produce different housing models and its size is adjusted to the annual production needs. Currently we can built with this construction solution up to 16 floors, also earthquake proof.
Once all the finishes of each section of the house are completed in the factory, they are transported and assembled on site. The industrialized production of housing is inspired by the automotive assembly lines where the different sections of a house (Units/Modules) come from the production line in different stages: Construction of the structure, installations, painting and tiling, interior and exterior carpentry, assembly of sanitary ware.
3D Construction Printing
Speed. Waste Reduction. Design Freedom.
3D Printing has already shown that it can build a building in one day. The potential of a waste-zero building seems all the more likely and Architects are able to build complex designs that are otherwise unattainable, or too expensive or labor-intensive to create by conventional construction means.
Rather than having to enlist the help of an architect, homebuyers can use 3D technology to customize their home shape and build in the blueprint phase without a hefty price tag.
Because construction would be more programmable and automated, worker injuries and fatalities will likely decrease if 3D printing is incorporated onto the jobsite.
3D-home construction boasts a shorter supply chain and less waste due to over-engineering. This reduction in process and waste makes them more eco-friendly as well.
